Zhylar is a comprehensive CRM and CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) platform built specifically for UAE Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The platform addresses the unique challenges faced by small businesses in the UAE market, providing an all-in-one solution for customer relationship management, sales pipeline automation, and quote generation. Key features include a real-time CRM dashboard with widgets tracking sales progress, lead status, and revenue trends; a sophisticated sales quotes system for generating accurate price proposals; a visual deals kanban for efficient sales workflow management; and an integrated activities calendar for centralized task and meeting management. The platform supports role-based views tailored for CEOs, Managers, and Sales teams, ensuring each user sees the data most relevant to their responsibilities.
Our Involvement
Blackcurrant Labs designed and developed the complete Zhylar platform from the ground up, creating a robust cloud-based solution capable of serving the diverse needs of UAE MSMEs. We implemented the full CRM infrastructure including the dashboard with real-time analytics, the CPQ system for automated quote generation, and the visual sales pipeline management. Our team built seamless integration points with popular business tools including ZohoBooks and Quickbooks for accounting, Outlook and Gmail for email management, and Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for lead generation. We also developed role-based permission systems ensuring CEOs get high-level reporting and insights, managers have operational oversight, and sales teams can efficiently manage their pipelines and customer engagements.
